He is actively responsible for last seventeen years in development of process technology , selection  & errection of plant & machinery, process start up, material & energy balance studies, quality control & technical sales negotiations.

 S.G. Desai, The promoter Managing Director holds Post Graduation in science & technology. He possesses the pioneering long standing experience & expertise of 22 years in oil field development  & technology with particular reference to development Production & applications of oil field chemicals. Only after acquiring this expertise he promoted the manufacturing company i.e. ETHO POLYMERS & CHEMICALS P.LTD. in 1984.Total industrial experience is more than 47 years.
